Produce

We grow quality produce in a "low input" manor.
Meaning we are not certified organic, however we
will not spray our vegetables unless we absolutely
have to.  When it is necessary to spray due to the
threat of total crop loss we do not use
commercial grade chemicals.

We offer an 18 week CSA program.  For those of
you unfamiliar with a CSA it is;

Community Supported Agriculture:

Customers buy a share of produce, meaning that
in January or February customers make a
payment to us. Then for a 18 weeks during the
growing season (usually May - September) you
pick up your share of the harvest once per week
for 18 weeks.  We provide you with 6-8 different
items per week. If you choose a full share it will
be 6-8 items portioned for a family of 4 and a half
share is portioned for a family of 2.

We grow;
potatoes, peppers, lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers,
squash, egg plant, tomatoes, watermelons,
cantaloupe, pumpkins, green beans, peas,
strawberries, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, zucchini,
carrots, radish, beet, turnips, grapes, peaches,
pears, plums, apples, blueberries, raspberries,
blackberries okra, sweet corn, sweet potatoes,
swiss chard, herbs, and much more...
