ABOUT US and OUR FARM;
We are located in Union Bridge, Maryland. Our farm
is just outside of town and we have been here for over
12 years. We grew up here in Carroll County, only a
few miles from our where we are now. We began
taking our produce to one Farmers Market about 3
years ago and from there we have expanded to a CSA
program and we now participate in 5 different
markets. We grow a wide variety of fruits and
vegetables.
In 2011 we began selling our own cheese. We raise
Holstien Dairy Cattle and became very interested in
expanding our business with the addition of cheese.
We currently offer six different flavors. Our hope is
to be able to offer even more dairy products for sale in
the future.
Also new in 2011 was the addition of Beef. We have
been raising Angus Beef Cattle for about 10 years
now. This year we went through the steps to become
licensed to sell individual cuts of meat at the Farmers
Markets that we participate in.
I can't forget to mention our fresh brown eggs! We
also raise chickens and sell their delicious eggs. Our
hens are free walking, not caged!
